Urban Development

In the process of urban development, different views regarding the city and the neighborhood have been placed in a context of huge transformation. The use of the general concept of development in the sense of economic development until the 1960s and the introduction of the perspective of sustainable development after the 80s and 90s are among these huge developments in the urban development process.  From the point of view of urban sociology, the development project is a scientific solution to the complexities of the urban system.As a result, urban development is the basis for renewing economic, social, political, cultural and urban rights structures. This phenomenon is facilitated by five factors (the nature of growth activities, accessible natural resources, the nature and quality of infrastructure, structural factors, the level of income and how it is distributed in the area). Economic factors are another basis for development. Therefore, urban development is not only limited to the physical development of the city. Today, urban development has progressed towards quality improvement and is trying to align itself with sustainable urban development. (Sheikhazami,2022) .
